Last Friday we flowed with the amazing team at DHL, reminding them that amidst deadlines and deliveries, their well-being is just as important.

This Sanskrit Moon Yoga session was all about checking in—not just on everyone’s packages, but with our bodies and breath. Taking even 2 minutes to pause can reset your energy, improve focus, and ground you for the rest of your day.
