Every breath is a chance to return to the gift of this present moment. Right here, right now. Even in times of stress. Especially in times of stress. And if we practice mindfulness regularly, it strengthens our ability to be in the moment during times of stress, and the stress just moves past us and then is gone, and we find peace.
