As most of you know, our personal/group trainer, Emily Roggenbuck, will be going on maternity leave in March, April and May of 2026. While Emily is off, our other personal trainer, JP Passey, will be conducting group fitness classes those three months at Renew until Emily returns the first of June! We hope this helps with giving you the option to still attend our group fitness classes during the three months Emily is off enjoying motherhood and caring for her son😊. Once JP has his group fitness schedule set next year, I’ll post it here and it will be on our website as well, for you to view. We hope to make this a smooth transition and would love to see you there💪💪

Here are our November Exercise Challenge Winners! The women’s category is on the left and men’s is on the right. We broke the groups down based on their age too. The top two challengers made the board. Each client chose one of the three exercises to do at the end of each of their workouts. Whomever was the top two at the end of the month, received bragging rights for this month! Congrats to all of the winners!

Send-off this morning for our Harbor Beach boys football team to the state semi-final football game tomorrow afternoon against Bark-River Harris H.S. in Alpena!!! Gives me goosebumps!!! Go get ‘em Pirates and bring home another win!!!!🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️🏈🏈🏈💪💪💪
