With the news of L&D in Harlan closing we want to help bring some comfort to our local moms-to-be. We will be offering a free birthing class to pregnant women who reside in Harlan.
No matter how carefully you plan or prepare for childbirth, it’s unlikely to go exactly as you imagine.
This class will give you tools to conquer your fear and be confident for birth. We will talk about active preparation and planning for a natural birth, in the event that you don’t make it to a hospital in time. We will simply teach you how to get in touch with your body’s natural abilities and instincts.
