Hi everyone! Just a quick update! I will not be baking next week (March 23–27). I’ll be back to baking on Tuesday, March 31st.

I’m so sorry for any inconvenience! I’ll be taking this time to rest and do some recipe testing for my upcoming menu, and I’m really excited to share what I’ve been working on soon.

Maybe I’ll post some sneak peaks! 😜

Sourdough FAQ 🥖🍞

Just answering a few common questions I get!

Bake Days
I bake on Tuesdays and Fridays. Because sourdough is a long fermentation process, I need at least 2 days notice for orders.

Location
I’m located in Harlingen, TX.
Pickup only for now.

Fresh Bread
All bread is baked to order so it’s fresh the day you pick it up.

Extras
I usually don’t have extra loaves. They tend to get claimed quickly, added to existing orders, or I avoid making extras to prevent waste.

What is sourdough?
Sourdough is a naturally fermented bread made without commercial yeast. My plain loaf contains just 3 ingredients, and flavored loaves simply add the ingredients needed to create those flavors.

Sugar-Free Options
I don’t currently offer sugar-free items since it can change the flavor and texture of baked goods.

Gluten
All of my products contain gluten. Sourdough bread needs gluten to develop its structure.

Payment Options
I accept Cash App or cash.

I just want to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who has been ordering and referring your friends and family (you know who you are!). It has been so special seeing new faces while continuing to serve my wonderful regulars.

Being able to bake fresh bread and sweets for you each week has given me such a deep sense of purpose. Waking up early to prepare something that becomes part of your family’s table and routine truly means more to me than I can put into words.

I’m incredibly grateful for every order, every recommendation, and even every like and comment on my posts. Your support makes a bigger impact than you know.

Curious to see how it changes the flavor and texture in my sourdough loaves 🍞

🌾Einkorn flour is one of the oldest varieties of wheat, often called an ancient grain. It hasn’t been hybridized like modern wheat, which gives it a naturally rich, slightly nutty flavor and a softer gluten structure. Many people find it easier to digest, and it brings a unique texture and depth of flavor to baked goods.
