Talk Therapy with the mission to help you find that inner peace that is needed in this fast paced world and give you the flexibility to do it from the comfort of your home, hotel, or where ever you may be. It has been found by the American Psychological Association (APA) online counseling can be as effective as face to face. it is offered through video, phone, text, or email. It is evidence based, affordable ($60-$90/hr), accessible, time saving, private, anonymous, secure and confidential. My latest accomplishment. I finally did it. I have been wanting to do this for a long time. I am a Board Certified Christian Counselor thanks to Dr. Shawn Kirk. He provided this unique opportunity that has brought more professional and personal growth than I ever imagined. God put him in my path for a reason and I have been blessed immensely. I have found the vision or belief about the ways things should be overshadows the beauty of what is, right now in this moment. Have your dreams, your visions but don’t forget the here and now is what is in your grasp. Challenge the moment(thoughts and feelings) so this moment is worthy of every thing you envision. Embrace the here and now because how you feel and think right now sets the stage for your next moment. You have have a choice to stay exactly where you are or to ask yourself “Am what I doing right now supporting my vision, my life worth living?”
