🚨The OneHR Conference 2026 - Call for Proposals is now OPEN!🚨

The 2026 theme:
“Leading with Purpose, Serving with Impact” underscores HR’s vital role in strengthening and supporting the workforce.

Leading with purpose means being clear about why we work and choosing actions that align with our shared public-service mission.
Serving with impact means delivering real, positive results for employees, agencies, and the communities we support.

This theme invites us to share ideas, build new skills, and improve how we work together so HR can continue to make a meaningful, measurable difference each day.

🖊️Submit your proposal today. Proposals will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Deadline for all proposals is Saturday, December 13, 2025.

The HR Professionals of Central Pennsylvania wrapped up our fall volunteerism and networking season with an amazing turnout!

Yesterday, our members partnered with Midwest Food Bank and helped bag nearly 3,000 pounds of macaroni (1,875 bags & six pallets) for families in need.

After volunteering, we kept the connections going with a fun happy hour at Chili’s—great food, fellowship, and even more great conversations.

Thank you to everyone who joined us! Your energy, service, and camaraderie truly make a difference.

Join HRPCPA on Thursday, November 13, 2025 (5:00 – 7:30 PM) for a special Fall Networking Event that combines community service with professional connection.

✨ First Stop: Midwest Food Bank – Middletown, PA
At 5:00 pm, we’ll roll up our sleeves and make a difference! Volunteers will help with repackaging bulk food items—sorting, boxing, bagging, taping, and more—to support families in need. Note: A waiver must be signed to participate.

✨ Second Stop: Happy Hour at Gilligan’s (Eisenhower Blvd)
After giving back, let’s relax and connect! We’ll enjoy food, drinks, and great conversation with fellow HR professionals.
