Hello yoga Ladies!!!

Yoga schedule : Monday’s off ( including today off) for vacation till after Labor Day & this Saturday will be holding last class before our holiday break & class will be back then on sept 14th !!! Will be sending out reminders !!!
When waking do great meditation and yoga ... at least to some poses and stretching before starting your day!!! Keep your mind body and spirit check in journals and looking forward to seeing everyone after vacation!!!
