Happy Tuesday! To those that may not know, this is Wellness month. Though I appreciate the specific acknowledgment of wellness, I’m a believer of everyday being a day that we focus our mental and physical wellness. I say this as I’m watching my 2 year old spread yogurt all over the couch. 🤦♀️; testing my mental wellness. Optimal wellness can be achieved when we bring more attention to our mind-body connection.
