Good morning, beautiful people! I was reminiscing earlier this week with a friend about our time in the Akureyri, Iceland. There's a reason why this magical and powerful island left such a huge impression on us - the spirit of the place is unforgettable. What does balance look like in your life? How does it feel in your body, your mind, your soul? Can you sense when you’re teetering on the edge of exhaustion, burn out, or overwhelm?

Some of the simplest teachings in yoga and Ayurveda are simply about paying attention.

There’s no perfect way to live, and it would be impossible to always feel balanced, in harmony, or super cheery and energized.

And yet, when we look at ways we might be out of balance, even in tiny ways, we are doing the practice.

✨ Have you heard what's taking shape?

It's membership for women who are looking to connect to their bodies and hearts through movement, soulful teachings of Ayurveda and Yoga, and aligned living.

Part sacred circle and part cool queens club, we'll get to the heart of the matter, but keep things real!

It's been a busy season, working, traveling, and playing, so I haven't yet posted this. Some of you know my passion for the simple practices of Ayurveda to heal and transform. In June of this year, I finished my second year with Shakti School and graduated from an Ayurveda Health Coach to Counselor.
