I had my prenatal glucose testing done last week and I used The Fresh Test.

The Fresh Test® is a diagnostic glucose beverage intended for the screening of Diabetes Mellitus and Gestational Diabetes Mellitus. It contains only three ingredients with no artificial dyes or flavors and tastes like lemonade!

When we’re not adjusting spines, we’re out making an impact—one smile at a time!

Today, Impact Family Chiropractic teamed up with an awesome group of 5th grade Girl Scouts working toward their Bronze Award. Their mission? Spreading love (and bites of joy!) to postpartum moms who had babies in May. These girls absolutely rocked it—shopping for groceries and sweet little gifts, prepping meals with care, and hand-delivering everything to the families.

They brought full hearts and full bellies to our community—and we couldn’t be prouder to be part of it. Teamwork really does make the impact even bigger!

Meditate
Eat more fruits and vegetables
Do yoga
Read a book
Get a massage
Go for a walk
Drink more water
Exercise
Get some sunshine
The relationship with yourself sets the tone for every other relationship you have. Be kind and nurture it! ❤

FUNCTIONING IS NOT THE SAME AS THRIVING.

You may have been led to believe that your child will “outgrow” these problems or symptoms.

You may have even been told that there is “not a problem” as long your child is on the growth charts and hitting milestones.

Functioning is not the same as thriving.

You do not have to accept that there is nothing you can do.

You do not have to accept that there are no answers.

It’s time to try something new.

Nutrition is key in optimizing both s***m and egg quality for fertility.

* Focusing on eating well-balanced real food supports fertility (a wide variety of vegetables, fruits, meat, dairy, nuts, seeds, lots of unprocessed fats, legumes, grains, and seafood).
* Balancing blood sugar levels is critical as unbalanced blood sugars can lead to fertility struggles.
* Increasing protein intake to ensure all amino acids and micronutrients and being obtained.
* Eating fats from unprocessed food sources support hormone production, menstrual cycle regularity, and fertility.

It takes two. Both partners need to make lifestyle changes that will greatly impact the future baby’s health and development.

Did you know the steps you start taking today on your fertility journey will begin reflecting changes in 3-4 months for egg quality in females and approximately 3 months for s***m quality in males? You can make significant progress and changes during this period of time. If you are interested in conceiving in 2025 start today.
