9 weeks are all that's left of 2025!?
But there's still time to honor what's important!

If you want your goals to stick, you need space to actually keep your promises to yourself. That’s what boundaries give you. Not walls, not harsh lines, but clear space to breathe, reset, and show up for what you value.

Not because you’re weak. But because you’re human.

Your nervous system doesn’t need heroic effort. It needs repeatable cues of safety.

Your breath doesn’t want to power through. It wants space to stay steady.

Your body doesn’t crave punishment. It craves rhythm and care.

Small, steady practice shifts more than the rare, intense push.
It’s not about how hard you go.
It’s about how often you return.
No makeup marathons. Just show up.

The end of the year can feel like a blur... calendars packed, to-do lists growing, everyone needing something. And in the middle of it all, it’s so easy to lose ourselves. To say, “I’ll start again in January.”

But what if you didn’t wait?

What if this was the moment you chose yourself again... not perfectly, but fully.

Not because you’re trying to fix something, but because you’re ready to feel rooted, steady, and alive in your own skin.

Our classes are built to meet you where you are and support body mind balance at every level
GENTLE YOGA: A soothing space for beginners or seasoned yogis to unwind. Posture and breath work welcome deep ease and a sense of grounded renewal.
SLOW FLOW YOGA: Slow transitions with lengthened holds that help release muscle tension and quiet the mind through breath led movement.
BARRE STRONG: Low impact pulses at the barre followed by wall Pilates and/or slow strength training to engage stamina, flexibility, and lean muscle while supporting metabolism.
YOGILATES: Pilate's incredible toning meets yoga's mobility, flexibility, and mindfulness. This class is so much fun, and post class empowerment is guaranteed!
SCULPT: A fun, dynamic full body workout with bands, weights, or body weight to boost strength, endurance, and joy.
CHAIR STRENGTH & BALANCE: Accessible strength, mobility, and breath work using a chair to support connection and comfort while exploring movement in new ways.
