Struggling with ? Do you have ? Are you a scroller? Bedtime rituals can help healthy sleep habits. Often people’s fixation on the number of hours they sleep is a detriment to having healthy sleep. Questions to consider include do you wake up feeling refreshed? Do you find yourself needing a nap at some point in the day? Do you lay in bed for a long time before falling asleep or do you wake up in the middle of the night and find yourself unable to go back to sleep? What does it feel like when you have a healthy and restful sleep? If you have sleep disturbances and you’ve been evaluated by your primary care provider and you have no physical reasons for disrupted sleep, I might be able to help you. I have an entire sleep program using concepts from cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral activation, exercise, and self hypnosis.
