We also provide services via telehealth. CCS recently celebrated 7 years! Our owners are Mr. Robert J. Donaldson, Sr. and Dr. Sheree C Donaldson.

With two locations to serve you in Midtown and West Hattiesburg, we are passionate about Integrated Care offering Primary Care, Behavioral Health, and Substance Use Treatment. Dr. Donaldson serves as a U.S. Army Captain in the Mississippi National Guard. Captain Donaldson earned double doctorates (PhD-DNP) and holds dual certifications (FNP/PMHNP) to provide Family and Psychiatric care. Dr. Donaldson has been practicing for 11 years serving clients in rural health settings.
