It took some very hard lessons, a lot of wasted time, and a lot of $.$$ spent trying to numb the pain to realize that my answers weren't at the bottom of a bag/bottle. It WILL be uncomfortable at first, but that's how you heal. There are no shortcuts to real growth. 💯🙏
