Better late than never!

Does this photo now mean:

A) We are paying more attention to our plants than patients?

B) We are finally hearing the patient requests to give the plant sunlight?

C) We are done with the plant and will no longer monitor patients overwater the plant (yes we have stopped many patients from overwatering it which is why it gets this way)?

D) Carl is being juvenile.
