I believe in supporting individuals, couples, and families, to feel safe and validated enough to navigate their specific struggles. I want to help them develop the tools necessary to alleviate tension, and revive the motivation needed to achieve their goals.
I have over 8 years experience working with children and their families, working with crisis and trauma, children with Autism and other special needs, as well as other mental health diagnoses such as anxiety and depression. I practice from an Eco-Systemic Family Systems model and use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, and also from a strengths based approach. I speak Spanish and come from a diverse cultural background, having lived overseas in Latin America and Europe.
