It was great seeing so many of our familiar faces along with a few new ones at last week's meeting! Thank you to Jeff with Meadowlark Parkinson's Program for such an informative presentation on balance and fall prevention. The recording and handouts will be available later this week. Please send your email address if you'd like to have them sent to you. Also, if you'd like to receive weekly emails from Meadowlark, let us know!

✨ Hello & Happy New Year! ✨
We’re excited to kick off 2026 together!

Please note: our January meeting will not be held this week due to the holiday. Instead, we’ll gather on Thursday, January 8 at an alternate location:
📍 Hays Public Library – Schmidt Gallery (1st floor)

🕜 New this year! We’re adding a relaxed “welcoming” time starting at 1:30 PM, giving everyone a chance to connect before our formal education presentation begins at 2:00 PM.

And that’s not all—we’re stepping into the new year with a fresh name that better reflects our mission and our hope to reach even more people in our community and beyond.

💙 Welcome to the Hays Regional Parkinson’s Support Network!💙
We hope to see many of you there and look forward to an exciting year ahead.
