There have been multiple times where I have gotten caught running in the rain. This is when you have to remember to reframe your perspective on the experience. There may be a storm now, but it is clearing the way for new things to blossom. 🌻 Even when it’s difficult! There was a time after surfing, when a big storm hit. Everyone was hiding from the rain, and I had a realization. I was soaking wet from the ocean, why was I hiding from the rain? I promptly grabbed my friend and made her dance in the rain with me because why not? Enlightenment is finding peace within the storm. 🌦️

Reacting is involuntary, responding is conscious. This applies to so many areas of our life. This is a biological reaction in our body, and when we become conscious of what’s happening, we can choose how we want to respond and alter our bio chemistry. In a conversation with someone, taking that one pause to respond instead of reacting can change the entire outcome of an experience. It is an important reminder to live your life consciously, and realize that the way you want to immediately react often is not you, it is your subconscious programming. This is where things like Psych K for subconscious reprogramming at a neurological level, can make a world of difference (www.depthwellness.com/psychk).

🍂 Fall introduces intriguing changes to our immune system, influenced not only by shifts in carbon dioxide and oxygen levels but also by reduced sunlight exposure. Let’s explore the science behind it.

🌬️ Carbon Dioxide Impact: Increased CO2 can disrupt immune function, potentially making us more susceptible to illness.

🌱 Oxygen Depletion: The crisp fall air can affect oxygen levels and, consequently, the efficiency of our immune cells.

☀️ Sunlight and Vitamin D: With less sunlight, our bodies produce less vitamin D. This essential vitamin plays a crucial role in immune health.

🌞 Circadian Rhythms: Aligning your routines with your circadian rhythms remains vital, aiding in adapting to these environmental changes.

🌿 Ayurvedic Seasonal Eating: In fall, select foods that enhance oxygenation and immune support. Consider incorporating bioavailability hacks, such as pairing vitamin C-rich foods with iron sources or using turmeric with black pepper for better absorption.
