Remember that CPR certification lasts for 2 years. Keep up to date with the latest information and always be prepared! AHA just came out with new guidelines for CPR, so no matter if you just learned or it’s been a while, stop in at your local healthcare provider or join a CPR course to get your updated certification!

Hiked one of Americas toughest trails, Angels Landing Zion National Park, at Zion National Park! While on the trail, the danger signs always said to watch your step and stay hydrated, they couldn’t be further from the truth. If someone goes down, are you prepared to help those in need? Learning CPR and First Aid is an essential and potential life saving skill to learn at any stage of your life. Your confidence in helping others will increase dramatically.
