The majority of elderberry products on the market are made for shelf life, not for potency. They’re heated, boiled, and stabilized so they can sit on a store shelf for months or even years. That process makes it easier to scale, but it also compromises a lot of the delicate compounds that your body actually responds to.

What we do is slower, more intentional, and honestly less convenient from a production standpoint. We fresh cold-press American elderberries and make it in small batches each month so those heat-sensitive properties stay intact. That means it isn’t built to last forever on a shelf, but it is built to actually do something when you take it.
