Double D Personal Training Plus size fitness in a positive, fun and motivating atmosphere. I am 34 years old and have been into fitness off and on for about 20 years.

It was not until I was diagnosed with lupus that I decided to get serious about my health and fitness. Through diet and exercise I have been able to manage my disease and turn my life around. Now My goal is to help others the way I helped myself. I received my certificate in personal training from the Athletic Certification and Training Commission. I have experience working with weight loss surgery clients, clients that are new to working out, and clients who already know how to workout but need someone to push them.
