Motherhood humbles you. 💖 The one thing I commonly hear from new moms is - I knew it would be hard, but not this hard. - and that's okay. 🫶

It pulls you away from everything you thought you knew and asks you to rediscover who you are - again and again. The hormone shifts, the responsibility, the healing, the constant giving… it’s a lot. 🤍

This season can feel disorienting, and it’s okay if it takes time - sometimes years - to settle into a new rhythm. But I want to gently remind you: you still deserve moments for you. You deserve to do the things you love when you can. You deserve to remember yourself alongside caring for everyone else.

Ginger juice shots are one of my favorite things to keep on hand ✨ They're so easy to make + way more cost effective than buying them at the store.

My go-to weekly recipe:
🍏 4 Granny Smith apples
🍋 4 lemons
🫚 1 big chunk of fresh ginger root
Simply chop + run it through the juicer. That’s it!

Why I love ginger so much:
🫚 Supports digestion + gut health
🔥 Helps reduce inflammation
🤧 Immune-supportive (especially during cold & flu season)
💛 Can ease nausea and support circulation
⚡ Naturally energizing without the caffeine crash

🤗 This American Goldfinch was the first to discover the new feeder and I’m thrilled!

💛 Fun fact: Goldfinches are strict vegetarians, loving seeds like nyjer and sunflower, and they often wait to nest until late summer when food is abundant. 🌿 They’re also one of the few birds that molt twice a year, which is why their bright yellow fades in winter and glows again in spring.
