We love our volunteers ❤️
During Volunteer Appreciation Week, we are celebrating the people who show up, step in, and give their time to help kids and families across our community.
Everything you do- whether it is helping at events, lending a hand behind the scenes, or encouraging others to support this work- ultimately helps kids get the care, connection, and skills they need to thrive.
Thank you for being part of Intermountain and for the role you play in healing through healthy relationships.

🚀Help fuel kids to do the work!
When kids are asked to work through big feelings or practice important skills, a grumbling tummy can get in the way. A healthy snack can help them focus, stay engaged, and do their best.

Each year, the YWCA Helena hosts Empowered: A Celebration of Helena Women to recognize the incredible women shaping our community.
We are proud to share that Jamie Palagi, CEO of Intermountain, was honored with an award this year for her tireless commitment to children and families across Montana. Her leadership continues to expand access to care, strengthen communities, and ensure more young people have the chance to heal, grow, and succeed.
Please join us in celebrating Jamie and the impact she makes every single day! 💙

Planting pinwheels that carry an important message 💙
Today, we joined communities across Montana in marking Strengthening Families Month. Each blue pinwheel is a visible reminder that every child deserves to feel safe, supported, and cared for.
When children are met with compassion and families are surrounded with the right care, change is possible. Strong families build strong communities, and it takes all of us.
When you see the pinwheels in the community this month, remember that behind each one is a child worth showing up for.

Today was something special on campus 💛
Intermountain kids and staff, along with Florence Crittenton families had the joy of welcoming members of the Helena Symphony for a Symphony Kids performance.
The performance brought the story and music of Scott Joplin, the King of Ragtime, to life.
Anna Milburn, Educational Coordinator, recently toured our campus and learned of some the challenges our residents work through. We were touched to learn that she then wrote this script with our kids in mind. The message was simple and powerful: you are enough.
Experiences like this stay with kids. Thank you, Helena Symphony, for sharing your time and talent with our community. 🎶

The Easter Bunny hid eggs for our residential kids to find, making for an exciting day. Happy Easter from our Intermountain family to yours!
