Cute enough to stop your heart. Skilled enough to restart it. ❤️🩹
Since it’s Heart Health Month… let’s protect the only engine that never clocks out:
1️⃣ Know your numbers — blood pressure, cholesterol, and glucose aren’t just medical terms… they’re your life indicators.
2️⃣ Move daily — even 30 minutes of walking lowers your risk of heart disease. Consistency > intensity.
3️⃣ Eat colorfully — fruits, veggies, healthy fats, and less processed food = a happier heart.
4️⃣ Manage stress — your heart feels what your mind carries. Breathe, rest, pray, pause.
5️⃣ Don’t ignore symptoms — fatigue, jaw/arm pain, nausea, and shortness of breath (especially in women) can be warning signs.
Take care of your heart… it’s been taking care of you nonstop since day one.
