Yes, I know… I’m a day late. 😅

But yesterday was Sunday, and around here we celebrate women-owned businesses on Monday too. Actually… we celebrate them every day.

Why? Because women entrepreneurs are doing some pretty incredible things:

• Women own over 14 million businesses in the U.S.• Those businesses employ nearly 13 million people• And they generate more than $3 trillion in revenue every year

That’s not just impressive …that’s economic power. 💪🏽

Women aren’t just starting businesses… we’re building companies, creating jobs, supporting families, and strengthening communities.

So today’s assignment is simple:

Let’s show them some love, send them some new customers, and remind them their work matters.

Because supporting women in business shouldn’t happen once a year.

Back in December, WBEC West showed up in Tucson, and this one felt different.

2025 was weird. It was hard.
A lot of us were just trying to stay standing.
And somehow, together, we did.

Being with my WBEC West family is always a reminder of why this work matters. People who get the wins and the weight. The hustle. The hope. The long game.

I was beyond excited to be named a WBEC-West WBE Community Impact Champion Award recipient. This honor recognizes WBEs who lead, serve, and lift as they climb.

To receive it from this community, in this season, meant everything.

(Not saying humbled… you know me better than that.)

Proud to be WBEC West. Grateful for the sisterhood. Ready for what’s next. 💙

🌟 Supplier Diversity Is NOT Dead — It’s Evolving! 🌟

Every headline lately seems to shout doom and gloom about supplier diversity and inclusion.

But here’s the truth — SUPPLIER DIVERSITY/INCLUSION IS NOT DEAD.
Yes, it’s changing. It might look different moving forward.
But change isn’t always a bad thing — it’s growth.

💪 Think of it like hitting the gym — the first few workouts might hurt (a lot), but that’s how we build strength, endurance, and resilience. The same goes for supplier inclusion — we’re flexing new muscles, getting stronger, and redefining what success looks like.
