URGENT - looking for a back office assistant. Bilingual is a plus, but not necessary.

They will be taking patients back to the rooms, helping patients with shoes, both on and off (if needed) Cleaning rooms, billing, keeping up with supplies, Answer phones, make appts, etc.

Looking for the following personality .....
1. Someone who is self motivated
2. Patient with the elderly
3. Intelligent
4. Nice
5. Leader.

The following are the hours
M - 7:45 - 4:30
T - W. 7:45 - 4:00
Th. 7:45 - 2 ish
F 7:45 - 12

We have some changes going on with a new doctor, so Tues and Thurs the hours might start a little later and leave a little later. There might be a Saturday here and there that they might need to work
