One of the best things I did for my health was stopping the use of toxic products. Frustrated with what I found on the market that was “nontoxic”, I started learning how to make my own.

15 years later, I am excited to be offering my handmade, all natural, Vegan, nontoxic personal products that actually work in time for the holidays.

Everything is made in my kitchen with top quality ingredients and safe enough to eat. As anything you put on your skin should be.

The first and most important step in physical, mental and, emotional health is regulating your Central Nervous System.

Turning your sympathetic nervous system off and living in your parasympathetic state more will solve the majority of your problems.

The ability to come back to a parasympathetic state after a stressor (traffic, an argument, a time crunch at work, a hard workout) is a skill most of us are missing and don’t realize it.

Long-term sympathetic state leads to anxiety, depression, autoimmune disease, high blood pressure, premature aging and the list goes on and on.

Maybe you know you are way too stressed out, the doctor has told you to reduce your stress, but what the heck does that mean? How do we do that? We can’t change some of the things in our lives, we really need tools to build resilience.

I’ve decided to offer this class as a gift through the end of the year as an active service to my community, as I truly believe this is the biggest impact I can make on this planet.

I wish everyone knew that if they got out of their sympathetic nervous system more, most of their problems would go away.

If you live on Earth in 2025, an over excited central nervous system probably feels normal to you and, you don’t even know you are on high alert.

5 years ago, when the world shut down, I was working with formerly homeless veterans through a local charity.

I designed a garden therapy program and brought in heart and brain coherence training to help regulate their central nervous systems. Much needed after living through so much trauma.

CNS is the first step in The Gruendell Method because nothing can get better until we enter the parasympathetic nervous system.

It is impossible for manual therapy to generate enough force to physically change the structure of fascia.

Research shows that creating even a 1% deformation in dense fascia, such as the plantar fascia, would require over 800 pounds of force.
