As a personal trainer, people ask me all the time what supplements they should be taking….. here’s my honest answer -
1. Consisency
2. 8 hrs of sleep
3. An amazing community of humans who love and support you
4. Whole - real foods
5. 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water + 20 oz if you sweat with mineral salt mixed in (I use Baja gold)
6. Movement / exercise that you ENJOY! If you hate it, you won’t do it
Basically, don’t waste your money on supplements 🫶🏻
