This will be a full day of yoga and community with asana practice, meditation, journaling and inquiry and a closing sound bath. An exact itinerary of the program will be shared soon. A 90-min lunch break will be included with multiple restaurants within close walking proximity to the venue. Parking is available at the venue, as well as surrounding side streets.
