Join us for our monthly ecstatic dance!

Ecstatic dance is a free-form, non-judgmental style of movement and expression. Participants are encouraged to dance however they feel, without talking, drinking, or using substances. The focus is on personal expression, emotional release, and connecting with the body and music.

The music usually starts slow, builds in intensity, and then gradually winds down, creating a kind of wave or journey. There's no choreography or set steps - everyone moves in their own unique way.

Ecstatic dance can be spiritual, therapeutic, or simply a fun way to move and release stress. No prior dance experience is required, come as your full beautiful self. We dance barefoot to help us ground and connect with Mother Earth. To protect the sanctity of this practice, no photography or videography will be allowed.

6-6:30pm - Arrival/Warmup

6:30pm - Opening Circle (Doors lock)

6:45-8pm - Dance!

Join us for a nourishing ceremony to helps you plant seeds, set intentions, and connect with fresh beginnings. We'll begin with grounding breathwork and intention setting, creating space in the mind and body for clarity and vision.

From there we will move into a heart-opening cacao ceremony, inviting warmth, openness, and the expansion needed to align with your intentions. As your intentions take root, you'll be guided into a serene sound bath, allowing the frequencies to support manifestation, inner stillness, and energetic alignment.

The program consists of learning Tai Chi movements from the Tai Chi for Health Institute.
Forms will include Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention, Tai Chi for Osteoporosis, excerpts of Sun 73 and Tai Chi for Memory.

Instructor Marni Jennejahn has been practicing Tai Chi for 14 years.
Join us as we learn about the benefits of the Tai Chi for Health programs.

Some benefits of Tai Chi include:
Improves strength and mobility
Improves posture, balance and prevents falls
Improves brain health and cognition
Supports the immune system to work effectively
Improves joint health and reduces pain for those with osteoarthritis

Gather in community as we heal together. Reiki is a deeply relaxing and restorative energy healing practice that works by channeling universal life force energy to support your body’s natural ability to heal. Each participant will receive a short Reiki session followed by a soothing sound bath to help further calm the nervous system. Herbal tea will be provided at the end. Please bring something comfortable to lay on and a journal if you wish to write about your experience. Chairs can be provided upon request. Donations are welcome but no one will be turned away for lack of funds.

Silent meditation offers a rare chance to step out of the constant noise of daily life and reconnect with your inner world. By removing external stimulation—no music, guidance, or conversation—it trains your attention to settle and sharpen. Over time, this practice can improve focus, emotional regulation, and self-awareness, helping you notice thoughts and feelings without being swept away by them. Many people also find that silence creates mental space for clarity and insight that’s hard to access when the mind is busy reacting.
