While the bill has passed, most of its changes do not take effect right away. We are carefully reviewing the details to understand the impact on people with developmental disabilities and their families in Virginia. We will:

🚨 Medicaid is at risk! 🚨

Congress is debating massive budget cuts, and Medicaid could take the biggest hit. These cuts would mean:
❌ Less funding for home and community-based services (HCBS)
❌ Longer waitlists for essential supports
❌ More people with disabilities forced into institutions

We must act NOW to protect Medicaid!
