I had a Filler post lined up but have decided to make an important post that needs to be said instead….a long but necessary read 🤍
A situation occurred last night and this would be the 1st time in all my years of injecting that I experienced a boundary being crossed. Moving forward- I want to make an announcement as this will be the 1st and last time it happens.
If a verbal or physical situation ever arises, I will not hesitate to decline or discontinue services as I chose to do last night.
Respect goes both ways. I maintain a positive, professional environment for everyone in my chair, and I will not tolerate disrespectful or inappropriate behavior.
My goal is always to provide a great experience, detailed treatment, while meeting goals and achieving desired outcomes.
When booking filler, these are 1 (+) hour time slots depending on level of procedure. The appointment time includes time for topical numbing prior to treatment, (not an option- this ensures, a comfortable/tolerable procedure and the best results possible) The remainder of your appointment is focused on filler placement and perfecting your results. If your appointment is scheduled on the hour, we will begin with approximately 30 minutes of numbing (doubled booked or not.)
I always do my best to accommodate my clients and their scheduling needs. If my schedule is full, I may occasionally offer a double booking for filler appointments, since the first 30 minutes is dedicated to numbing. In these cases, you would begin numbing while I complete the already scheduled appointment.
*I am always transparent with my clients and only offer this option with a clear understanding of the double booking taking place so that person knows my initial attention will be with the person who initially booked while you are numbing *
With this being said:
I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful clients who trust me with their care and support my work.
I take immense pride in my work and the care I provide. Aesthetic treatments are not just a service to me—they are a passion, and every appointment is approached with professionalism, integrity, and respect for my clients. I always check in on my clients the next day after filler appointment and I always ask my tox clients to txt me at two weeks to make sure they love their results. I choose to do this because I care. Please know, this is my hobby and dont need to do this. I do this for my passion with a goal of making people feel their best. Your kindness and loyalty never goes unnoticed, and I appreciate each of you more than you know. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! 🤍
I am taking this event as a lesson learned and moving forward with boundaries.
I hope others who experience a challenging client in the aesthetic world know… it’s ok to say NO!
