My name is Jessica De La Cruz, Business Manager.
I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the incredible growth and progress we have made since I took over management in 2019.
Back in 2019, we started with just 6 accounts, and now we proudly manage 23 accounts. This significant growth in our client base is a testament to our hard work, dedication and the exceptional service we provide. It’s amazing to see how our efforts have paid off and how much trust our clients have in us.
Our teams have grown tremendously as well. We went from a small group of 2 employees to a strong and vibrant team of 13 talented individuals. Each one brings a unique skill and perspective to the table. Our collective efforts have been the driving force behind our success. I am incredibly proud of how we’ve expanded and how we’ve maintained our commitment to excellence throughout this journey.
None of this would have been possible without the tremendous support we get from Eddie (the business owner) the dedication, teamwork and passion we have for what we do. We continue to build on this momentum and strive for even greater achievements in the future.
