Spent the weekend expanding my knowledge by adding to my certifications with the OG of Hot Pilates, Gabi Walters Inferno Hot Pilates. I added valuable tools, deeper understanding of functional movement, and new ways to challenge both body and mind. Grateful to keep growing, learning, and bringing fresh energy back to my classes & students. 🔥💪

Practicing Sirsasana (supported headstand pose). lnversions are NOT my strong suit. This pose requires a lot of shoulder & core strength, as well as forearm pressure into the floor versus pressure on the head. I’m attending an arm balance workshop next month, so I’m trying to strengthen my skill set beforehand.

I struggled in class this Christmas Eve morning .wellpilates ! 😅 Note: even Pilates instructors can do it wrong. My hand in those side planks & clams should have been firmly planted into the mat. This protects the elbow.

Join Muse Movement for our upcoming pop-up at The Well Pilates - Southaven for a 1.5 hour non-heated Yogalates class. Anna Snider with Vio Med Spa Germantown will be providing wellness injections starting at 11am and following the class.

Yogalates is a dynamic fusion of yoga and Pilates, combining the mindful breath and flexibility of yoga with the core-strengthening and postural alignment focus of Pilates. This class is designed to improve core stability, balance, flexibility, and overall strength, while also promoting relaxation and body awareness.
Expect a flowing sequence that moves between yoga-inspired stretches and Pilates-based core work, helping to tone muscles, enhance mobility, and support a healthy spine. The practice ends with a calming cool-down and guided relaxation, leaving you feeling both energized and centered.

All levels welcome – modifications and variations will be offered throughout.

🎃 Pumpkins & Pilates at Cedar Hill Farm

The Well Pilates is hosting a fall Pilates class at Cedar Hill Farm’s Pumpkin Patch on Saturday, October 18 at 1:00 PM - led by me!

Class is free with farm admission (purchase tickets online or at the gate — $21+tax for adults). Meet us at the pavilion near the front of the farm around 12:45 PM to get settled before class.
Afterward, stay to explore the pumpkin patch, corn maize, hayrides, petting zoo, and more on this beautiful 120-acre family farm just minutes south of Memphis. 🍂
