Who needs to travel to an expo when we can bring the expo to us? 🎪

Our SyncedIN Employee Experience Expo turned the office into an interactive space where team members could explore company benefits, learn about our MVP program, see the TeamUP gear, spin the prize wheel, play games, and snap photos at our Wizard of Oz photo station.

A fun, engaging way to connect our team with the resources and programs designed to support them every day. 💙

We showed up at the USHA Conference in Salt Lake City, and Adrionna Fisher led the way. 🤩

The conference brought together speech-language pathologists, audiologists, and related professionals for continuing education, collaboration, and connection across disciplines.

For us, being in spaces like this mattered. It strengthened interdisciplinary relationships, kept us aligned with current clinical best practices, and ensured the families we serve benefit from a collaborative approach to care. 💜

We are excited and honored to welcome Julie Morckel, COO, to our team!

Julie brings a wealth of experience with 24 years in the therapy industry, and 15+ of those years in leadership positions. She also earned the Advion Emerging Leader award in the Class of 2022.

🪴🌱☘️ A fun personal fact about Julie: “I’ve developed an obsession with plants! It started with 2 indoor plants and has turned into a problem of where to put them all. My family jokes that I need an intervention!”

😊 What Julie is most excited about in this role and her main focus as COO:
“I’m most excited about the alignment of philosophy and culture! There is a common positive energy towards the organization and its future from every person I’ve met thus far. My focus is to promote company growth by leaning into my strengths and, more importantly, into the expertise of the teams.”

It’s official… the doors are OPEN at our Herndon, VA center! 🎉✨

What a milestone. What an event. What a team.

This day would not have been possible without our incredible Virginia team, who showed up early, stayed late, welcomed families with open arms, connected with parents, played alongside kiddos, and created the kind of atmosphere that makes families feel safe, supported, and truly at home. 💙

We’re also so grateful for the local community resources that joined us, including The Arc of Northern Virginia and Fairfax Pediatric Therapy. It means so much to be surrounded by partners who are equally committed to supporting families in our community. 🤝

Attain ABA’s guiding principles for treatment include the family commitment to treatment, highly individualized treatment, and a community based multi-disciplinary team approach to treatment. Our team of well qualified clinicians seek to provide a collaborative team-based approach of ethical, evidence-based treatment for individuals to experience creative and diverse interventions in real-world environments to create positive outcomes. We accept many different insurances and are accepting new clients.
