Great article: Enjoy time together with your healthy vaccinated friends and family! You have to be sick to transmit the virus. To transmit, a vaccinated person must have a breakthrough infection.

This has become a common refrain among the cautious—and it’s wrong.

This is insanity. Play it safe and take the vaccine. There is absolutely nothing natural about this approach. The leaders in functional medicine reccommend COVID vaccination!

“mAb treatment gives you expensive, temporary, synthetic antibodies AFTER you are exposed or infected with COVID. The vaccine gives you inexpensive, durable, natural antibodies BEFORE you are exposed or infected with COVID. This is crazy! https://t.co/BSVB9ZFA6f”

Friends, I hate to share this message, but COVID cases are starting to rise up again all over the U.S. I know many of you have read about the delta variant which is rising rapidly across the country. It is highly contagious and is spreading much more effectively in groups and households than other variants. We now have substantial spread of coronavirus in Fairfax County. Over a year ago when we were facing an inevitable surge, we felt more helpless as the outbreaks were occurring. This year we have safe and effective vaccines for anyone over 12 to help in our upcoming wave. Please get vaccinated, get your children vaccinated, encourage your family and friends to get vaccinated. If you have been on the fence about vaccines, NOW is the time to act! The best way to protect our community in the upcoming months is to get most of us vaccinated. Believe me, I want our lives to carry on as normally as possible as we head into the fall. I feel like our opportunity to do this depends on us all doing our part to protect ourselves and our neighbors, and our schools! Reach out to me if you want to talk about this further.
