Special Event for my Cosby HS Families,

We are looking forward to hosting you for our first annual family day at Onyx. Moms, Dads, brothers and sisters are welcome to join for a workout that will be fun and challenging. This is a perfect opportunity to experience what its like to train like a pro athlete with our state of the art facility and top notch coaches. This is the same facility where D1 athletes and professionals from all over the country come to train. All of the money from the event will go directly to The Cosby QB Club so not only are you getting great exercise but you will be helping to raise funds for the team! I spend a lot of my days with my head down focused on my work, my clients, my business, my responsibilities, etc. fixated on how to make things better, improve, upgrade or build. But every once in a while on a day like today, I take a look up and give myself a moment to appreciate all of the things I’ve been blessed with. I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for the people in my life who love me and accept me exactly how I am, even if I can’t do the same for myself. To all my family and friends who are like family.. Thank You 🙏🏽
