Come with us to bust out a shelter dog for the day ☀️ 🐶

Meet egg.

We decided (although we are NOT dog people def more of a cat gal myself… lol 😂) to participate in our local humane society shelter skip day

It’s a wonderful program where the shelter doggies get to bust out of the shelter for a few hours with people who are willing to take them out and play with them for a bit

We started our day at & ended it with a long walk in the park with the toy of her choice … she was rly into this squeaky lamb 🤣

We tuckered her out as you can see- she not only slobbered all over Mia but used her as a pillow in the back seat taking a rest from a long hot but fun day of playing

We will definitely be busting another doggie out again in the near future so much fun !

Getting healthy is CRUCIAL-Fitness goals are FUN

🛑 STOP ruining your life obsessing over your appearance

If you’re over weight, unhealthy, unhappy … then YES your life needs to revolve around your fitness/ diet choices for a short period of time until you regain your health back

BUT

If you follow fitness influencers and are feeling so discouraged by your body - even at a healthy weight, then obsessing over it is only going to ruin your life, relationships (and probably your metabolism 🫠)

I’m so tired of hearing ppl tell me how controlling their diet and exercise regiment is over their life- it’s truly wasted time and we don’t get that much time on this earth !

Devote 6-12 months of your life to getting to a healthy weight and mindset and then after that if you have some fun fitness goals you wanna strive for sure !! Let’s do it !

But don’t let it control your entire LIFE
