End Of LIfe Doula Giver-Servcices Being there to support and give comfort to both family and their loved one

I have been working with the elderly for many years and cannot see doing anything else as it has become my passion, and when I learned of End of life Doulas I found my calling. Mother of three wonderful kids, Enjoy being outside in the warmer weather and gathering with family, I enjoy being near the water and Kayaking or fishing, always been a home body where I am most comfortable.

Sundowning is rough. Dealing with that tonight and I just realized this man’s got sundowners. This is when a person is agitated or up when they should be down and could need more light or maybe some music and I’m thinking coffee to late is a trigger for him and I’m going to have to stop having coffee at night. It doesn’t affect me I could go to sleep after 6 cups lol.
