Difficulties and stressful situations are a part of life. Sometimes you need someone to help you to walk through these difficulties and bounce back. My goal is to help individuals and families strengthen their ability to recover from life stressors and events in order to become more resilient to future challenges. We will work together to develop goals for how you would like this process to benefit you and identify what being resilient looks like in your life.
I utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) for the treatment of past traumas, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and SFBT (Solution Focused Brief Therapy) as a part of my therapeutic approach with individuals and families.
