...and we are talking about internal energy...life force energy....Qi , not what you feel from caffeine and energy drinks or sugary foods which are temporary...this is what I consider a faux energy from outside sources. LOVE THIS !!! and I have seen and practiced it myself and with students in my classes a bit quicker....to allow clearing combined with activation. I like this slower version too. I also like how mentions the calm within us already. We use Qi Gong to purge the messy unusalbe energy in order to unbury the peace and calm.
