Emotions. They are energy. I like what Peter says in this clip. When I teach a class I will guide participants through releasing any "negative" emotions that do not serve and need to go. At times I do not like using the word "negative". As Peter says, we need to feel our emotions whether it be anger or happiness. When I talk about releasing, I am really referring to the residue of a, let's call it, less preferred emotion. We can experience an emotion, process it, do something productive with it, and then release the negative residue of it so that it does not settle somewhere within the body. Breath work and movement along with intention can work wonders for our physical, emotional, and mental health.

Clear out your wonderful lungs with the Healing Sound of "Z". The vibration of the Z sound can be felt in the chest area. Simply inhale fully and on the exhale make the Z sound the entire time you are exhaling. Repeat several times to purge out unwanted energy from your lungs. This is especially good when coping with a cold virus that affects your lungs. Happy Breathing my Qi Friend !!!

Begin by taking a nice deep breath -- inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth, continue relaxed breathing as you sit or lie in stillness🥰 Another option is to choose a nice Qi Gong Flow movement.

If you feel that you don't know how to meditate, simply sit and breathe slowly and focus on the breathing....that's it....see more below from Master Chunyi Lin

An important part of meditation is to keep the focus on the breathing.

You inhale through your nose, and exhale through your nose, because these cavities are the closest to the brain and to the pineal gland.

When you breathe gently slowly, and smoothly, you can get more Qi to your brain, and you can stimulate your third eye faster.

Inhale energy coming in,

when you exhale, you feel the energy going out.

Do it slowly and gently.

In Spring Forest Qigong active exercises or sitting meditations, I encourage to use your nose to breathe as much as you can..

Except at the very beginning, when we are activating/detoxifying our Qi (bouncing) we breathe out through the mouth for the 2 or 3 minutes and then..

During our meditation practice be breathe in through the nose and out through the nose. (this helps us retain more Qi)

Many Blessings,
Chunyi Lin
