Come join our amazing team! Unifour Family Practice is seeking a CMA, LPN, or RN. Individual will be responsible for rooming patients and assisting providers. Duties include taking vital signs and recording them in the EHR, performing injections and immunizations, obtaining PAs and Prior Auths, xrays, EKG, PFTs, spirometry, and taking quality histories from patients. Coronavirus Update

Unifour Family Practice will be open during regular business hours. However as a precaution and to protect our healthy patients and staff if you have any of the following symptoms please call the office for instructions. 828-294-4100.

Fever, cough, shortness of breath, or other respiratory symptoms.

Again if you have any of those symptoms do not come to the office without calling for instructions first.

If your experience emergent respiratory symptoms contact 911 or your local hospital for further instructions please or any medical personnel of your symptoms before they attend to you

Unifour Family Practice is seeking a certified medical assistant or LPN to work one on one with our providers. Responsibilities include rooming patients, taking vital signs, interviewing patients and entering data into the EMR, giving injections, taking x-rays, drawing labs, prior authorizations and pre-Certs.
