This is Sophia. She’s 8 years old, and in her very first session she opened her real-time mindsight.

She was incredible to watch.

Kids often access mindsight very naturally because their analytical mind isn’t trying to control the process. They simply allow perception to organize.

Moments like this are amazing to witness.

This got even weirder.

Foil-wrapped mindfold mask.
Eye patches underneath.
Fully blocked.

And perception still shows up.

This isn’t about the setup.
It’s about what happens when the nervous system relaxes and awareness organizes differently.

This is mindsight training.

Both layers are fully blocking my eyes — the eye patches and the mindfold blackout mask.

These are Zener cards, and I’m identifying each shape using mindsight.

This ability develops as the nervous system becomes more receptive and perception stops depending only on physical eyesight.

I’m continuing to train and refine it.

Weird things I notice right before someone quits the practice that was about to expand them.
1. They change practices instead of deepening one.
2. They say they’re “blocked” but won’t sit still for 5 minutes.
3. They look for the next teacher instead of using their own perception.
4. They call it timing when it’s hesitation.
5. They wait for clarity instead of training it.

If you feel like there’s more available to you but you can’t reach it, it’s usually not capacity.

It’s perception.

And perception can be trained.

Mindsight trains perception beyond the eyes.

Today I used it to read an affirmation message:

“I am capable of making my dreams my reality.”

This work isn’t about guessing — it’s about refining awareness so perception becomes clearer and more reliable.

Perception responds to the state of the nervous system.

And this is something that can be trained.

Practicing mindsight today and perception opened behind me.

This isn’t about guessing — it’s about training awareness to organize information differently.

Perception is more adaptable than we were taught.

This is a skill.

Perception isn’t about forcing or trying harder — it changes when the body feels calm and awareness leads.

Practicing reading with my eyes fully covered and noticing something interesting.

Perception doesn’t show up the same way every time. Sometimes awareness opens on the right, sometimes the left — today it showed up on the left.

Less forcing. More allowing. More noticing.

I pulled a card from my Affirmations for a Badass deck and this was the message:

I am enough. Bold. Brilliant. Beautiful.

This one’s for the badasses. 💕

The absolute easiest way to say no without guilt, when your body panics the moment you try

Say this first:

“Let me check and get back to you.”

Don’t start with “no.”
Don’t rush to explain.
Don’t soften it with an immediate yes.

The panic usually comes from feeling trapped in the moment.

A pause gives your nervous system time to settle before you decide.

Today I prepared my son’s snack with my eyes fully covered — a simple real-life test of perception.

Not a performance. Just noticing what happens when awareness stays calm during ordinary tasks.

Practice doesn’t only happen in sessions — it shows up in daily moments.
