I have made the incredibly difficult decision to close the studio at the end of my lease, which is 12/31/25. I have enjoyed my time teaching yoga in Hico and value every person who has walked through my doors to support the studio. I am also eternally grateful for the teachers who filled our schedule and our classes - Beckie, Melody, and Allison.

Studios across the country are folding not only under the weight of financial pressure, but also hustle culture. Sadly, the antidote is the mindful movement that nobody can make time for :(

All of our classes and Monday massages from Trinity Massage Therapy will continue through Christmas. We also have special events that I would LOVE to see you at the weekend of December 12th, Mocktails + Make-Up and December Sound Bath.

If any businesses in Hico or the surrounding areas would like to host a sound bath or yoga class, I am happy to provide mobile services for a reasonable rate or donation-based class.

My new chapter includes a retreat in Bluff Dale at the end of January. I hope you will consider coming for the weekend or the day to learn, grow, and sweat with me and Kaitlynn of Uplift Fitness.

And mark your calendars for the 2nd Annual Root to Rise Wellness Festival happening the last weekend in April! Kaitlynn, the TRS staff and I are determined to make Hico the "Healthiest Town in Texas"!
