Tonight, I hold my LAST class at the studio on 105 Elm St. in Hico. The class is free to all, but you *must* pre-register, as I will have very few mats available for use (or bring your own)!

When I signed a two-year lease for the space, I was unsure how Hico would respond to yoga…especially MY yoga, which is centered more on mindfulness than burning calories.

I’ve developed a sweet little community who supports one another and finds their own sense of peace each Tuesday night. In fact, we’ll be moving this class over to a friend’s workshop on Ninth St. More details on that class TBA.

Help me close out this two-year journey with a special Slow Flow class tonight at 5:30 PM.
