Goat cheese fettuccine noodles with steamed broccoli. I LOVE goat cheese now. My taste buds adapted to the tang or twang, as my friend likes to say 😆.

I also ate some sourdough bread. NO, not from the starter I made because I accidentally dropped it and it broke. It was sooo alive and well. I had a second jar going at the same time, but it was in full-blown rebellion, so yeah, we are starting over tomorrow 🤷🏾‍♀️.

This journey back to eating dairy and meat has been interesting.
