Weight loss clinic and mental health services Inspire Wellness is exactly what it means!! My passion in life is helping others.

About me:

I have been a Family Nurse Practitioner for over 10 years and a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner since June 2024. However, I have been treating mental health conditions for over 10 years in the family practice and pediatric setting, which is what pushed me to go back to school to get my psychiatric NP certification. I am an independent nurse practitioner which has allowed me to create my own business to help others. In February 2024 I partnered with SOGA to provide mental health services to those in the community and their patients. During this time, I was also offered to join their weight loss clinic, this had led to me taking over their weight loss clinic. The 6 months working with weight loss patients has allowed me to help many patients. My passion for helping others means that I will listen to you, you're concerns, and TOGETHER we come up with a treatment plan that is best for you! This is true for both mental health and weight loss!! Neither can be treated as a 'one-size' fits all plan. In order to do this, I perform a comprehensive history and physical and may offer genetic testing (for mental health patients) in order to further personalize care. For weight loss patients, we will be offering a product that allows you and I to see how your metabolism is performing in a fasting state, before a work-out and after a work-out; this allows me to help you maximize your diet to maximize and boost your metabolism.
