As of today, 10/31/25, our offices will be permanently closed. Premier Oncology & Hematology will be taking over patient care. Munster: 219-836-2000; Merrillville: 219-736-2800. Please contact them in regards to any future appointments or needs. All patients will be receiving a letter in the mail. Thank you for the privilege of entrusting us with your care; it has been an honor.

It is with a very heavy heart that we announce the passing of Dr Keralavarma. He strived to provide the best care to his patients and that care will continue. Our patients will be receiving additional information in the near future. Sending our deepest sympathies to his family, friends, and patients.
