Wow! Hello friends and HAPPY NEW YEAR!
First, I want to thank each and every one of you for sharing the love and joy of music and movement with me in 2025! We made some seriously great memories!
And YES! *NEW 6 WEEK SESSIONS WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER THIS WEEK!

The last few weeks of December and beginning of January are very sacred to me. As someone who go go go goes all of the time, I take this time to turn off and recharge.
I am SO incredibly thankful that I got to spend the last few weeks with my family literally doing nothing except eating, watching movies and snuggling!
I hope you all also had the holiday season of your dreams, in whatever shape and form that comes in for you!

See you back on the rug VERY soon!
