2026 is here, and we don’t want to discourage your new goals but we do want to challenge how you’re chasing them.

Three months can change a lot when you’re given the right support. 🤝

We’re so close to January that it’s easy to tell ourselves, “I’ll start then.” But this mindset shouldn’t live and die with the new year.

At Physio Room, we specialize in sports medicine to help you to achieve your goal in your sport and every day life. In order to help, we offer a variety of services geared towards your recovery. We offer physical therapy, chiropractic manipulation, manual therapy, normatec compression, and pre and post-operative rehabilitation. We are also trained in dry needling and the Graston technique. We're focused on quality treatment and don't rush things. You only are seen by the doctor so you get plenty of one on one time.
